All you need to do is once a year flush that tank! That’s super simple. All you need to do is take a hose and connect it up to the hose bib at the bottom of the tank.
Then the other end, you can just run it outside or if you don't have anywhere to run it outside, you can just run it into a five gallon jug, open her up. Once that jugs full, you flushed five gallons out of there and you're good to go to the next year.
