• ½ Cabbage
• 1 Carrot
• Handful runner beans - optional
• ½ Green pepper – optional
• 2 medium onions
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2-4 green chillies
• Handful fresh coriander
• Pinch of black mustard seeds
• Turmeric
• Black pepper
• Garam masala
• Salt
• Vegetable oil
