There are small holes on the sides that increase breathability. The sole is made of solid rubber and plastic material. This is the mountain bike version of cyclo shoes. There is also a version for a road bike. The inside of the shoe is very comfortable. The inner liner is also perforated and breathable. Locking the shoe is very practical. Rotary knob and flexible nylon cord. It is very easy to use and works great. The shoes are light, the weight is only 282 grams in size 41.
The cyclo sneakers sit comfortably on the foot. They look great. They fit well on the pedals. The sole is hard, so the pedal does not press into the foot. The overall rating is very good.
