KCM Supplied LIEBHERR Vcuum Forming Mold that strictly to be meet the following Principles:
1--- Outer Sourcing Parts: Pneumatic Parts will be FESTO, Guiding Bearing will be BOSCH, Linear Guiding Rail should be HIWIN, Bearing Bushes by IGUS, HELICOIL by Boellhoff or Kerb Konus etc....
2--- Designing Conception: All the 3-D Drawing will be approved by LIEBHERR Engineers and start for final production;
3--- Fitting Machine by LHG Plant: There are two ways that one way is CAROUSEL Moving Carts that Foaming Plug will be Assembled Together with LHG Fixture and then moving on the Cart during the Curing Time, another way is Fixed Fixture by a Round Layout that similar with Straight Fixture Cabinet Foaming Line;
4---- Mold Material: Mold Body is Aluminum Casting, and Some Movement by Sliding Part is Aluminum Plate, Smaller Sliding Parts is Brass, and Pipe of Water is Copper.
