We are making smash burgers today. This simple recipe will completely blow you away it will change your mind as to what is a Great Hamburger. You can make smash burgers as simple as buying ground burger or grinding your own as I did from my brisket cut offs. You can fry them in a cast iron pan or on a griddle indoor or out doors. It doesn't matter where you smash just get out there and have a life changing SMASH...... burger.

Hellmann's Mayo
Brioche Bun
Cast Iron Pan or griddle
Spatula
Beef Tallow or butter
American Cheese
Pinconning Cheese
