Growing up as a Black girl who doesn’t fit the mold can feel like a whole different experience. From loving K-pop, rock music, and anime, to being called an “Oreo” because you don’t match what others think a Black girl should be—it can be exhausting!!! But guess what? We’re not here to fit into boxes! In this video, I’m diving into what it’s like to embrace all those “unconventional” interests, how Black women are often erased from fandoms, and why it’s time to break down those tired stereotypes. 💁🏾♀️
