Chef Gilberto Cetina and his son, Gilberto Cetina Jr., run the busy Yucatan restaurant, Chichen Itza, at the Mercado La Paloma in Los Angeles. They share a passion for cooking and working at the Mercado. Since Chichen Itza opened eleven years ago, Gilberto and Gilberto Jr. have succeeded in creating a community that celebrates food, friends, and family.
