What did you guys do this weekend? I had my annual end-of-summer BBQ, which was a ton of fun. For obvious reasons, I love hosting and experimenting with food. That leads us to today's recipe because it is a little bit out of the norm, is a fun app, or even a burger topper. I made some Fun and Easy Fried Banana Peppers!! This is only a couple ingredients super quick and adds a little pop to anything you are making.
