Family camping trips can be difficult to plan. This difficulty increases when you do it on a river! Sometimes multiple vehicles are required... sometimes you are a problem solver. This is how I load 4 boats onto my Ford Ranger with 5 foot bed. Bottom kayaks stick out about 3 feet, and flagged. The boats up top get cam buckle strapped to the racks using a 2x4 as an extention and guy lines are attached on the front and back pulling in opposing direction. #camping #kayakfishing #kayakcamping #canoecamping
