Goa government has been moving towards digitalisation and online portal. Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and Urban Development Minister Francis D’Souza launched web portal of Urban Development department. UD e-sewa will facilitate public in availing different facilities online like birth and death certificates, house tax, payment of house tax, license fee, application for NOC, shop rent payment.
