4 minute daily warm on lip bubbles, lip trills or rolls, or any other semi occluded vocal tract exercise. Use as a warm up before teaching or speaking all day and use as a cool down at the end of the day (perhaps just do the first two) to stretch and decompress the vocal folds. Daily SOVT exercise to improve your singing and speaking voice. Exercise included Major 3rd, Perfect 5th, Octave Slides, and Arpeggios. Do this several times a day to hear remarkable improvements.
If you're in an occupation that speaks a lot and you're voice is tired by the end of the day, these lip rolls will help. Simply doing one or two of these exercise before going to work will help you voice feel better and last longer during the day.

You can do lip rolls or tongue rolls, or hum through a straw or a straw in water. It's also great as a warm up or a cool down. I always do a major third lip roll from the bottom of my range to the top before a teaching session. People who speak all day as part of a profession would also find them very useful, even doing them in the car before going to work.
These exercises are commonly called SOVT phonation, which mean Semi-Occluded Vocal Tract.

Usually you will be able to sing higher and lower doing these exercises, it doesn't necessarily mean you do the same during normal vocal exercises. These exercises will help increase your range, flexibility and register transitions.
