This is not your average factory tour of a knife making facility!
The town of Maniago in the north of Italy has been making knives for centuries. Fox Knives has continued this long tradition of using the expertise of an entire community to create some of the world's finest blades. GN was dispatched to Italy to do a factory tour. Soon upon arriving he realized that there was much more to this facility and its people than meets the eye. Tried and true processes in blade making are pretty much universal---its the manner in which these processes are conducted that make the difference.
