In this video we are talking sales process. Having a systematic way to work your prospects/leads allows you/your team to NOT spend the entire day "following up" with leads that have little to no motivation. We talk about having a simple funnel with pre-filtered sections within the funnel. Always have a "next contact date" as to when you will be reaching out to the lead to determine if it makes sense to move forward. If you have sub categories such as cold, warm, hot, ensure it is defined as to what that means for anyone that is working a lead. I gave an example of cold being 90 days plus before lead needs to take action, warm being 31-90 days for action needed, and hot being 30 days or less.
