The MTA and the NY Governor's Office held an "open house" at 96 St station on the new Second Avenue Subway line on the morning of December 23rd to showcase the station. I arrived early and managed to get some views of the station before it got crowded with visitors.
The architecture and engineering here is truly breathtaking!
