Chicken marinate
1 whole chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tsp green seasoning
Curry ingredients
1/2 tsp roasted geera/ cumin
1/2 tsp mixed masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp lalah’s curry powder
5 green onions-blended
1 whole garlic-blended
1 whole pepper-blended
2 tsp fine thyme-blended
2 leaves broad thyme- blended
1/2 large onion
3 potatoes
3 cups of water
