Hi. I'm Ned Yeow. If you're a Globe Postpaid subscriber and renewed your plan and wanted to have your old phone unlocked this video if for you. A couple of days ago I renewed my Globe Postpaid and finding a hard time to request to unlock my previous phone (Samsung). Before, I was able to request thru 211 which is easy but now you have to use Messenger and talk to Globe (Ghie). I can't find it also in the Globe One app.
