A Potchefstroom resident in the North West has taken it upon himself to repair potholes in the town at his own expense.
Dirk Venter, who fixed 2 500 potholes last year, says he's motivated by the desire to keep his town in a good condition.
The ripple effects of covid-19 have, however, dwindled the support that Venter has been receiving from good Samaritans and local businesses.
