South Korea's acting president and Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn will chair an emergency meeting with several key diplomatic envoys on Monday.
Attending the gathering: ambassadors stationed in four countries - the U.S., China, Japan, and Russia,... as well as Seoul's representative at the UN.
It's the first time the South Korean government has arranged a meeting exclusively for the officials in the four nations and the UN ambassador.
