Stocks fell about 3% on Wall Street after the US Congress hit another roadblock in talks to nail down a $1.8 trillion coronavirus aid package. The plan includes sending cheques to US households and offering support for small businesses and the hard-hit travel industry. However, negotiators said lawmakers are close to striking a deal. There are more than 46,000 COVID-19 infections and nearly 600 deaths in the US.
