Iraq wasted a number of chances as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Oman in the World Cup qualifier in Doha.

The visitors had taken the lead through Mohammed Al Balush's header before Iraq striker Younis Mahmoud levelled from the penalty spot in the 37th minute.
