In my opinion here’s what I think are the benefits of chalk in the gym. Chalk is a tool you can use to improve the group you have with the barbell and allows for better control when you’re doing exercises. If you’ve never use chalk before I would recommend it over using things like gloves or straps are you doing workouts as the talk will allow you to build up your firm strength. If you’re looking for something to help out with exercises related to back, you’re in luck because chalk can help with that for you.
