High Potentials is an exciting experiment in talent scouting from ADCE, bringing together a selection of the hottest new talents and the industry elite in need of the ideas of tomorrow.
A fresh crop of young creatives had the unique opportunity to showcase themselves in front of Creative and HR Directors from all over Europe at the 5th ADCE European Creativity Festival. This edition featured companies including 72andSunny, hasan & partners, Ogilvy Barcelona, Publicis Spain and LOLA MullenLowe and was led by The Wunderwaffe Creative Director and long-time ADCE collaborator HP Albrecht. Brand and Communication Strategist, Patrizia Boglione, coached participants on how to sell themselves better in a competitive industry.
In addition to the opportunity to present their best work, the young creatives also took
part in a “speed-dating” networking session, allowing them valuable 1-on-1 time with all of
the agency representatives to try and secure their dream role.
