In May 24, 2011 Time Warner Cable made the (bad) decision to move several channels from their analog lineup over to their digital lineup requiring customers who desire to watch those channels to rent a (expensive) digital cable box.
The channels that were moved to digital included:
Travel Channel
TV Guide (A really bad move considering the channel was generally used by basic cable customers as a TV guide to see what was on. Digital cable customers already have a guide and therefore don't watch this channel anyways.)

Kenosha/Plymouth:
Hallmark
Kenosha:
