Originally from Algeria and China, respectively, Lyne and Martin are proud immigrants to Canada and were previously living in Montreal. During their time travelling across the region in 2020, they both saw the potential Moncton and surrounding markets had to offer and fell in love with the people living in this special community.

After months of virtual visits and getting overbid remotely on the market, Martin and Lyne eventually packed up the Mazda, relocated to New Brunswick, and started looking for their own off-market opportunities.

With the vision to improve maritime neighbourhoods one house at a time, Martin and Lyne have helped dozens of distressed property owners by buying their properties on their terms. Over the past 18 months, they have closed over 50 deals, acquired 35+ units with JV partners (AUM $6.5M), and built a nearly 7-figure wholesaling business. 

Most recently, Martin and Lyne relocated to the United States, as they are pivoting their focus to self-storage and assisted living facilities, due to the enhanced investment opportunities and the reduced level of risk in uncertain market conditions.
