Recipe
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup of pineapple juice reserved from canned pineapple
Maraschino cherries
Oil or butter for cake batter
1 can of Pineapple rings 
1 stick of butter
I cup light brown sugar
Melt one stick of butter pour into baking dish
Add one cup of brown sugar coating the bottom of your dish.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries.
Prepare cake as directed substituting water for the juice of the pineapples. Gently spread batter over pineapple and bake as directed on the cake mix box. Remove from oven when done. Let sit up 10 minutes. Then place platter on top of pan and flip cake. Let sit a couple minutes the carefully remove baking dish. Lifting straight up.
