Khoksar, a gateway to Lahaul, the Barren splendour of Himachal Pradesh remains covered in snow during the winter months. Khoksar is about 19 km from Rohtang Pass, and 6 km from North Portal of Atal Tunnel Rohtang. There is no need to take any permit from Manali to reach Khoksar.
