The Supreme Court overturned a verdict by the constitutional court barring 70 law makers from participating in next week's polls. The constitutional court had found the Mps ineligible to seek elective positions after it found that they had contravened the constitution by taking up parliamentary seats in parties that did not sponsor them to parliament.
