I used vellum paper, tracing paper with lace, and some cardboard - card stock paper.
I used a glue stick, and a few different shaped wine glasses. I did end up having to use superglue for the card stock paper. Obviously some scissors and a pencil, but the pattern I printed from one of the above websites!
