Recipe
Chili Paste:
- Dry chili
- Garlic
- Lemon grass
- Shallot
- Salt
Cooking instructions:
1. Pour oil on the pan and then put chili paste
2. Put slices of chicken & simmer
3. Put small slices of tomatoes on the pan & simmer
4. Put some more salt and soy sauce and sugar palm or sugar & mix with meat and veggies
5. Put some cilantro and scallion at the end
6. Serve with rice and/or steam veggies & fresh cucumber with pork skins on the side
