This is a famous Konkan recipe made during Nag Panchami festival (नागपंचमी विशेष पारंपारिक रेसिपी).
It is one of my favourite Konkani recipes also known as Kokani Khantoli recipe.
It is also known as Malvani Khantoli recipe in Malvan region of Maharashtra & is amongst popular Malvani recipes.
This Nag Panchami special Khantoli recipe (खांटोळी रेसिपी) is made of rice, jaggery, coconut, ginger, and cardamom powder.
This is the very tasty yet easy-to-make Maharashtrian recipe. Every Maharashtrian house makes its own version of this recipe.
