I used DAIN AI frame interpolation to upgrade my 2009 LEGO Stop Motion animation from 12 FPS to a smooth and more realistic 60 FPS.

I took a poorly shot and animated 11-year-old LEGO stop motion video I made when I was young (originally shot at 12 frames per second) and used a new piece of open-source AI software to interpolate the missing frames required to boost the FPS to 60 by using DAIN-App ([ Ссылка ]).
The results are impressive, to say the least, and although this little animation that I have was already very short the results are fantastic. I have a few more old stop motion animations that I made when I was younger which I may try this on if you are interested.
This process could be revolutionary, especially for hobbyist & low budget stop motion filmmakers and I am excited to watch this software develop and to see what kind of results other people can generate with it.
If you have any ideas or requests that you would like to see me do using DAIN please let me know and I will try my best.
