Jackson Rees is a painter, draughtsman and printmaker. He uses a range of media, from oil pastel to egg tempera, to explore the tactile and sensual qualities of picture making. He has been awarded artist residencies in both Europe and India.

While our usual work in mental health units is on hold, we have joined forces with internationally acclaimed artists to lead art workshops remotely from their studios and homes.
The artists leading these sessions have exhibited in many of the world's best galleries and have taught in some of the country's best art schools, including Royal Academy Schools, Royal College of Art and Central Saint Martins. Over the coming weeks they will introduce you to their creative practice, help guide you to create your own artworks and answer questions along the way.
These workshops are for inpatient mental health units, as well as people accessing community mental health services and the wider public.
