Legacy magic level in PvP is 100 btw.
However those books are not sold in IM in EU so going over 20 is hardly possible. Otherwise the dmg would be way too crazy^^ it looks like a lot with all the bonus magic level in his stats (and it is a lot in PvE) but in PvP the magic level from star stones only counts for 10% so the 40 magic level only add 4 in this fight. At least that's the case for offensive abilities but that would go too deep right now.
