This ride was a complete gamble, I brought my comp trials bike to Wemyss bay earlier in the year and really struggled so I had no idea if I could do anything here on my MTB!

This is a hugely technical place to ride and I actually think having bigger wheels and a bit of suspension can smooth out a lot of the roughness and that kinda turned out to be true. Obviously I won't be able to do some of the bigger static moves but I had my eyes more set on finding some gnarly roll-downs which this place has plenty of.

I'm using the Gopro Max Lens Mod on my POV shots which I think works well for high speed stuff but I've now found out that it doesn't quite work so well for slow speed trials so apologies for any motion sickness, I'll use a standard lens next time.
