Annastacia Palaszczuk is Premier of Queensland, Minister for Trade and Member for Inala.
She was sworn in as Premier of Queensland on 14 February 2015 following the state election on 31 January 2015. On 31 October 2020, she was re-elected for a historic third term.
Annastacia Palaszczuk is the first woman in Australia to become Premier from Opposition, and the only female leader to win two terms of Government.
Her government’s priority is to create new jobs and deliver world class health and education for Queenslanders.
