The HOMES Rebates Program changes how you think about your home. Your home is made up of many different parts all working together to create your perfect environment. The HOMES Rebates Program uses the whole house as a system approach.
The thing I see all of the time is that the systems are out of balance. Homeowners are complaining that they are hot in summer and freezing in winter.
It does not have to bet that way!

The rebates for the IRA are slow to organize because, much like your home, it is a complex program that needs careful consideration.
We are working within the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Program in Maryland. The Home Efficiency Rebate Program is likely to work very much the same with modeled energy savings based on the initial whole-house assessment, or ENERGY AUDIT.

The technician answered all of your questions
The technician showed you something that you did not realize about your home
Parts of the audit were interactive
You part ways with your auditor feeling more thoughtful about your home and more in control
A clear priority list begins to emerge with both wants and needs addressed
At least one do-it-yourself tip that will make an immediate impact on your energy usage/comfort
You remember the blower door test!
You felt a leakage point somewhere inside your house
Your home was left like it was before the auditor arrived!
