We are no stranger to drones, and when filming our TV show, Conquering Northern China, we were no stranger to mishaps as well. From getting chased away by government officials, to interrogations, to equipment failures, it wasn't an easy project, but perhaps one of the most insane failures was when our producer Mark, crashed the drone, then with the replacement drone, ended up landing it across a river which he had to cross. It was a harrowing experience, but thankfully we got it all on camera.
