The Ulla Extreme Race is back!
After four years away, racing returned to Norway's famous Ulla Slides this weekend. The action was non-stop as forty of Europe's (and further afield) finest kayakers battled it out to take home the 10,000 NOK prize purse. In the end it was local Martin Vollen who took the top honours, closely followed by UK young gun Lee Royal in second, and Ulla veteran Simon Westgarth in third place. Mariann Sæther won the female race.
