(6 Aug 2017) US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Sunday laid a wreath at the Manila American Cemetery for US soldiers killed in the Second World War.
Tillerson is in the Philippines to attend the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) ministerial meeting, where he will represent the US as a dialogue country.
