The word ‘regenerative’ is cropping up more and more on the high street. How can we continue to encourage this transition, while ensuring that there is accountability across the supply chain? What are the barriers to sourcing regenerative produce, and how can these be overcome? How can we maintain integrity when telling the story to customers and avoid green-washing? This panel discussion will explore these questions, and look at the ways in which the hospitality industry is already embracing regenerative agriculture.
