We added some incredible new Survey features that make it easier than ever to collect data, engage your audience, and automate your workflows…

👉 Add New Question Types To Surveys
Question types include email, phone number, and contact information. When a user fills out these fields, their answers will be automatically mapped to their contacts in ClickFunnels.

👉 Clone A Question
Duplicate a question with one click, which is super useful for copying, formatting, or keeping consistent styling.

👉 Contact Filter Rules Update
This allows you to trigger different scenarios based on the answers given. (For example: Let’s say you ask a question about someone’s level of workout experience. You may want a different survey flow to happen for a beginner vs someone who is advanced.)

👉 Survey Actions
You can set internal notes to a contact, set up a specific action to notify a team member after a user finishes a specific step, or even trigger an entire workflow.

👉 Survey Image Choices
Allows you to add image-based question types.
You'll be able to poll users for their favorite color or style of a product, or just add images to make surveys more engaging versus standard text-only forms.

👉 Export Survey Submissions
You can now export your surveys as a CSV file, but you can also see the history of exports with the ability to download any of those as well!

With all of these incredible updates, there are so many new ways to make your surveys awesome and effective! This allows you to take better care of your customers and get them exactly the information they need based on their survey. And, these updates allow you to put them directly in front of the products and the offers that they need most (based on their answers)… and that means more sales opportunities for you!
