It’s a debate that Baltimore has watched unfold inside of a courtroom and the court of public opinion for several months.

But on Tuesday, the topic of BGE’s controversial external gas regulators was up for discussion in front of Maryland’s Public Service Commission (PSC), the group tasked with regulating public utilities statewide.

The public hearing lasted more than six hours.
