Vi-Ability is a social enterprise that aims to transform commercially unsustainable local football clubs into centres of education, training and employment. It works with disengaged youth, and offers them the chance to get practical skills and qualifications relating to sport and commercial football club management, increasing their confidence and chances of finding employment.
