Egg dumplings are dumplings wrapped in egg omelette and is Chinese, south east Asia cuisine, and very popular in Philippines also. In this egg dumplings we use fillets as a fried mixture of minced chicken, eggs, carrots, malunggay leaves, garlic, onion, corn starch and seasoned with soy sauce, oyster sauce and spring onion. These egg-wrapper dumpling is a Chinese, south east Asia cuisine eaten cooked in soup across China, especially on Chinese new year and very popular in Philippines also.

INGREDIENTS
¼ teaspoon oil
3 pieces eggs
½ cup minced chicken or any eat of choice
1 piece small carrot (minced)
1 tablespoon malunggay leaves
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch (diluted in 2 tablespoons water)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 piece small onion (minced)
4 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon spring onion
