00:06 - Welcome to Our Level 2 and 3 Nail Technician Class
00:13 - Use Mask, Gloves, and pron before starting treatment
00:35 - Introduction & equipment needed for treatment
03:53 - Start of Pedicure demonstration
04:24 - Wipe feet with antiseptic
04:33 - Apply cuticle cream or oil, then soak
05:48 - After drying the foot, clip and file straight across
06:28 - Apply cuticle remover - push back and roll
07:00 - Trim the tough cuticle using a cuticle nipper
07:41 - Buff the nails to make them smooth
08:13 - Use the foot file to remove dead skin
09:16 - Rub the foot scrub in circular movements
09:34 - Wash the foot scrub off
10:32 - Preparation for Nail Enamel
10:45 - Apply nail varnish

12:52 - Add cuticle oil to moisturise the nail bed
