I have for you today a beautiful Haynes Handmade French model Flute that has just had a complete overhaul.
It is a completely handmade model from 1975, tunes to 440. It is all solid silver including mechanism, it has a handcut headjoint with a solid 14k gold lipplate and riser, pointed key arms, in-line g, c foot, soldered tone holes, gold springs.
This flute plays exceptionally well with a warm sound and even response. The gold lip offers an extra level of depth to the sound quality.
This flute is in exceptional condition and the mechanism feels solid and responsive when playing.
A new model with the upgrades on this one would cost $14,460. It is an outstanding value for a carefully maintained flute.
