I'm not a TrueNAS pro, but I do use it and wanted a reminder about how to move from a mirrored arrangement to a RAIDZ1,2 or 3 (or any other variation). Sometimes you can run out of space and although this way means you'll have to stump up for 3 or more new drives, it avoids other methods of expansion. I guess at least you'll have 2 spare drives :-)
Don't do this if you are inexperienced or have no backups.
