The first time I went out and I didn’t drink alcohol was a complete disaster. I remember thinking to myself “How the heck can I socialise without drinking when every social occasion revolves around alcohol?!”
But on the flip side, alcohol was giving me such bad anxiety. And I felt like crap for days after. I wanted to drink less to feel my most fabulous self (mornings included!)
