Bugatti, a French luxury automobile manufacturer known for its record-breaking super cars, is partnering with Binghatti, a high-end Emirati development company, to create their first skyscraper in Dubai's Business Bay. The project, which was first announced in May 2023, is a collaboration between the two brands, Binghatti and Bugatti. Binghatti is known for their exceptional attention to detail in property development, and Bugatti is known for their high-performance supercars, which have held multiple world records for their speed and acceleration.

The Bugatti Residences will take inspiration from the iconic look of Bugatti's luxury cars, evoking a sense of masterful craftsmanship and exclusivity. The cheapest two-bedroom apartments cost as much as $5.5 million USD, making owning a Bugatti Residence as exclusive as owning the vehicles themselves. The developers are also selling 11 penthouses called "Sky Mansion Penthouses" at a starting price of over $200 million USD, making these properties some of the most expensive in the world.

The skyscraper will be built at the heart of Dubai in Business Bay, the city's wealthiest District, giving residents easy access to famous landmarks and attractions. The residents will likely appreciate the exclusive high-end services offered by Binghatti and Bugatti, such as a private members' club, fitness club, and personal chauffeur and concierge.

The skyscraper will consist of 48 floors and rise over the Dubai skyline at 200 meters tall. The two companies hope that the construction will give birth to a brand new icon and serve as a "landmark of architectural prowess derived from the Bugatti and Binghatti DNA." Construction is expected to begin soon and take three and a half years to finish, but Binghatti is positive about the project's timeline.

The Bugatti Residences is only the latest among a series of residential properties being created by luxury car brands. The trend of 'car-branded residences' has been more successful than anticipated, with the Aston Martin Residences in Miami breaking sales records every month since opening. The Porsche Design Tower Miami in Frankfurt is already 95% sold, and Lamborghini has announced plans to create a series of over 50 luxury villas across the southern coast of Spain.
