Sugar Snap Peas Stir Fry With Beef Strips is a Delicous and Easy to do recipe. Sugar snap peas is naturally sweet and it does not take long for this entire recipe to cook. Prep Time: It depends on individual speed
Cooking time: Beef Strips 4-5 mins
Carrots and Sugar snap peas: 1-2 mins
The rest of the cooking time is according to your speed.

Pot I used 9 inches high by 12 inches wide
Ingredients
Seasoning the Beef strips
1.41 lbs of Beef strips
1/2 tsp of table salt
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of cornstarch
For cooking the the beef strips
1tbsp of sesame oil
half portion of chopped garlic
half portion of sliced shallots
1 tbsp of sesame oil ( to add after the beef strips are cooked)
Preparing the gravy or sauce
1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp of sesame oil
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of cornstarch
For cooking the Carrots and the sugar snap peas
652 grams of sugar snap peas
1 tbsp of sesame oil
6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped-half portion for cooking the beef strips)
3 pieces of shallots (sliced-half portion for cooking the beef strips
1/2 freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds
Optional:
Lemon juice
Hot sauce
Tips
1. Do not overcook the beef strips otherwise they are tought to eat. 4-5 mins is ideal and cooking time it depends on the quantity of your beef strips.
2. Do not overcook the sugar snap peas 1-2 mins is ideal otherwise they will be soft to eat and not crunchy.
3. Season the beef strips first, put them aside and prepare the rest of the ingredients, in that process you allow the meat to be seasoned while you are preparing the rest of the ingredients.
